Christmas Crafts

I propose you to make a very easy and perfect crafts fot Christmas!
With these crafts you can decorate your bedroom, your home, the Xmas tree,..or ogive it to a friend, your parents ... you'll see that they will be very surprises and will love your gift because it’s made by YOU !!




Paper Wreath from Little Hand Prints
Supplies needed:
• A lot of green construction paper
• A piece of red construction paper or a red ribbon
• Pencil
• Scissors
• Glue
• Optional: Glitter or glitter glue


How to make it:
First, trace your hand on a piece of green construction paper. Cut out the hand print. Make about 10 paper hands for each wreath.



Then, glue the hand prints together in a wreath shape, with the wrists overlapping a little bit.

Finally, glue on a red ribbon bow or make one from red construction paper, and If you want you can put glitter!






Angels
Supplies needed:
• 3 basket style coffee filters
• 2 cotton balls
• length of silver or gold ribbon
• 1 white chenille stem
• 1 gold chenille stem
• Scissors
• Glue


How to make it:
First, place two cotton balls in the center of one of the coffee filters Hold the coffee filter with your fingers, gathering the cotton balls in the center to create the angel’s head.

Place a second coffee filter onto the open end, tucking the filter in a bit into the head area. This will produce the layered effect on the dress.



While still holding the filter together, tie a piece of gold or silver ribbon around the “neck” and tie a tight bow. Trim ends and set aside.

Then, take the third coffee filter and fold it in half, then fold the filter up length-wise accordion style. Wrap a white chenille stem around the center, and then fan out the wings the excess chenille into a loop for your hanger and twist together at the end.
Make a halo from the gold chenille by wrapping it around something circular, such as the top of a paint bottle. Twist the ends to form the halo.





Glue the halo to the back of the angel so that it is positioned above the head and glue the wings in place behind the angel, hiding the gold chenille from the halo.


Finally, to embellish your angel, try using gold glitter glue or glue and glitter as decoration!

Christmas Photo Ornament

Supplies needed:
• Photos
• Cardboard
• Christmas Bulbs
• Scissors
• Pencil or paintbrush or Q-tips
• Optional: Paint, Christmas ribbon, Potpourri


How to make it:
First, cut the cardboard as a Christmas ball and decorate it like you prefer.


Leaves a gap in the middle of the ball to attach the photo that you want If you want you can fill up back side of picture.


You can add potpourri or ribbons to the inside to the back of photo.
Then with some paint on the opposite of picture add the date, your name, your greeting etc. Finally, tie a ribbon around the top.




Rudolph Paper Cup Craft

Supplies needed:
• 1 plastic, paper, or foam drinking cup
• Brown and pink acrylic paint
• 2 3”square pieces of tan felt
• 2 medium wiggle eyes
• 1 medium red pom pom
• 2 black chenille stems
• Strip of felt to fit the inside rim of your cup
• White craft glue
• Black marker
• Scissors


How to make it:
First, paint cup with brown paint and set aside to dry.

When paint is dry, stand cup upright and glue two wiggle eyes on the front of the cup, about halfway down from the rim.
Glue red pom pom on for the nose just above the bottom of the cup, centered under the eyes.
Use scissors to carefully poke aslit in both sides of the cup where you want the ears to go.

Roll one of the felt squares up like a cone; insert the pointed end into one of the slits on the cup. Repeat on other side. Secure felt to the cup with white craft glue.

Bend each chenille stem in half. Form chenille ends into antlers by creating a couple of bends on each one.


Glue strip on tan felt inside the rim of the cup, then immediately insert the antlers under the strip on each side. You may need to hold these in place for a few minutes until the glue grabs. You can also secure with clothespins.

Dip your fingertip in pink paint and dab the excess off onto a paper towel. Dot pink on for cheeks.

Finally, use a black marker to draw on eyebrows.
